I was fascinated how they shared knowledge about bees while taking those examples to translate into human behaviour. That is something I have never seen before. The analogies helped me to understand teams from a different perspective. Now I use the lessons in my work as a facilitator and can say: this workshop was really inspiring! I can highly recommend this experience to everybody who wants to know how to engage others in teamwork. The Pollinator Ambassadors put us into a challenging situation! Everybody had different ideas and priorities, but we negotiated and took decisions as a team. This way we got to know each other from different sides. And laughed a lot! It helped me to understand different social dynamics that exist in teams. We started as a group of strangers and ended up as a team having created an experience to remember.

I knew how important bees are for the world. But after a beekeeping workshop with Nadine I learned not only about their importance, but also how interesting and amazing bees are!

Nadine is a great beekeeper and she has the gift to touch people's heart with her love for these creatures, and so she did with mine. After the workshop I felt so much love for the bees that I decided to go deeper and start to work with them, helping in the apiculture project that Nadine started in Ananda Gaorii.
The two are great teachers and managed to keep my attention because the content was so interesting and the atmosphere so warm and engaging. You can tell that the two are passionate and genuine about sustainable beekeeping and the pollinators in the world as it shows in the work that they put into every workshop!
